Christina Clancy, author of The Second Home, will read from and discuss her debut novel, a tale of estranged sIblings from Milwaukee who are forced to work through past misunderstandings when their parents die and they inherit the beloved family home on Cape Cod. The themes that run through the novel include nostalgia, the difficulties of holding a family together as the generations shift, and the powerful role of place.
Special guest Alison Hammer, author of You, Me, and Us, will moderate the discussion!
