E.D. Locke Public Library Strategic Plan 2024-2029

The E.D. Locke Public Library Strategic Planning Committee has recently completed the 2024-2029 Strategic Plan.  The committee was made up of community members, library supporters, and library staff members. The committee members represent a variety of key library stakeholders including library staff, young families, students, older adults, volunteers, business owners, community organizations, village government, and non-profit sectors, and was approved by the Library Board on December 5, 2022.
