Calling all teen artists! E.D. Locke Public Library is holding an art contest to design a new library card. Any teen who is in grades 6-12 and has a McFarland library card is eligible to enter and show off their creativity. Not only will the winning design be printed on official library cards, but the winning teen will also earn a $50 gift card!
